About

Jenny holds a Master’s in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Her focus was on Creative Writing and Humanities. She has over ten years of Indie Publishing experience. One of her recent projects, The AM Show, by T.B. Markinson and Miranda MacLeod, won a Goldie in 2022. With experience in a variety of genres, she specializes in LGBTQA+, romance, thriller, horror, science fiction, and fantasy. When she's not working, she spends too much time on TikTok.

Faith has a MA in European History from the University of North Carolina — Wilmington. Through her academic career she worked as a writing coach and teaching assistant and volunteered as an editor and beta-reader for fan fiction and indie authors. She has been a virtual assistant for the last seven years and currently works for the I Heart SapphFic website.

Substantive / Developmental Edit

-The most detailed option. I'll go through your manuscript with intense focus on emotional and action nuance, pacing, character arcs and impact, readability, marketability, plot holes, and more. This includes page by page notes as well as a final write up/summation. It also includes a Zoom or messenger hour to discuss the recommendations.
